1. Acceptance
By creating an account, signing in, publishing property information or otherwise using Muki Connect (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service for a business or property owner, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business or owner.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by a failure of the Service that is not reasonably attributable to you. Email/password accounts may be required to confirm their email address before backend access is granted.
3. Property content and permissions
You are responsible for property information, images, videos, contact details, listing URLs and other content you add or ask Muki Connect to import. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that content and to make it available through the Service. You must not use Muki Connect to impersonate another property, host, manager or business.
4. AI concierge
Muki Connect may use artificial intelligence to answer guest questions, translate content, summarize property information and assist with accommodation enquiries. AI output is generated automatically and may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Property owners and managers remain responsible for important property facts, availability, pricing, safety information, policies and commitments made to guests.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to break the law, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, scrape or probe systems in a harmful manner, deceive guests, publish content you have no right to use, or use the Service to facilitate fraud, abuse or harassment. We may restrict or disable access where reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure or the Service.
6. Third-party services
The Service may connect with or rely on third-party products, including accommodation listing websites, authentication providers, email providers, AI providers and infrastructure providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and availability. Muki Connect is not responsible for changes, outages or restrictions imposed by a third-party service.
7. Availability, usage and paid features
We may introduce or change usage limits, token-based features, subscription features or pricing. Any paid terms presented at purchase or activation form part of these Terms. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features as the Service evolves, while taking reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary disruption.
8. Account suspension and deletion
You may be able to disable, take properties offline or delete account information through available controls. Muki Connect may suspend or disable accounts for security, abuse, legal or material Terms violations. Where an appeal process is provided, you may use it to ask for review. Permanent account deletion may remove authentication and tenant-owned data and may not be reversible.
9. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you own. You grant Muki Connect the limited permission necessary to host, process, display, translate, transform and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the Service for you and your guests. Muki Connect’s software, branding and original interface elements remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Muki Connect Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific booking results, revenue, occupancy, AI accuracy or the continued availability of third-party integrations. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Muki Connect is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Service, third-party platforms, user-supplied property information or reliance on AI-generated content. This clause does not limit liability where the law does not allow such a limitation.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The “Last updated” date above identifies the current published version. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
